Detta är något jag själv skrivit så jag så jag kan inte garantera att det är helt korrekt skrivet, men jag publicerar det iallafall. Alltid kan de hjälpa någon.
 
Ni får mer än gärna kopiera det men det får ni göra på eget bevåg.
 
Skriv ett ångerbrevet på svenska och engelska och skicka det via mail till företaget och lägg även i en kopia i paketet då ni skickar tillbaka varorna (om ni mottagit några).
Ni kan självklart skicka det via post också, men jag tycker mail är bäst för då har ni bevis på att det har blivit skickat.

Jag ångrar det köp jag gjorde den "DATUM" då jag beställde ett provpaket av Slimatrex.

Härmed utnyttjar jag min rätt som konsument och hänvisar till ångerrätten.
Jag vill säga upp alla eventuella avtal jag ingått med er/erat företag.
Samtliga eventuella räkningar/fakturor kommer EJ att betalas och bestridas enligt svensk lag och rätt.

De varor som mottagits trots tidigare ångerbrev/mail kommer att omedelbart skickas tillbaka (oanvända) på min kostnad.

OBS!
När du ångrar ett köp och skickar tillbaka varan är det du som ska betala för returfrakten. Det är bra om du har sparat originalförpackningen och emballaget att skicka tillbaka varan i. Spara också alla kvitton, orderbekräftelser, betalningsöverföringar och liknande så att du kan visa att du har köpt varan och när köpet gjordes. Om du skickar tillbaka ett paket så att du får ett kollinummer kan du spåra paketet om det kommer bort. När du ångrat köpet ska du få tillbaka dina pengar snarast eller senast inom 30 dagar.

Ångerfristen är 14 dagar.

    Svar: Det verkar som om Shapefocus har valt att inte ge ut sin adress, förmodligen för att dom inte vill att man ska kunna returnera sina varor och på så sätt gå miste om de pengar de förlorar genom att ni ångrat erat köp.

    Tack för svar. Jag har bara blivigt av med 69kr då jag spärrade mitt konto en timme efter köpet, skickade då ett mail att jag ångrat mig. Jag har plockat ut alla kontanter jag hade å satt in på annat konto. Högst osannolikt att det blir en rättslig process av det.


    Svar: Jag tror inte heller de kommer bli någon rättslig process, så länge du nu inte ingick ett avtal att du skulle köpa ett till paket efter välkomstpaketet, vissa verkar ha gått in i ett sånt avtal med dom.Jag blir så arg på dessa företag!

    Jag har sparat kuvertet från ShapeFocus. På baksidan är det stämplat en adress som jag gissar är avsändaradress. NORDIC PHARMACEUTICALS ApS,

    Svar: Skicka paketet spårbart så har du bevis på att de kommit fram.

    Hej! Har beställt provpaket från både slimatrex och vitalife detox. Har inte fått paketet än men de har dragit porto avgiften från mitt konto..ska jag spärra mitt kort?

    Ska skicka tillbaka det då jag får det, kanske dum fråga men..jag antar att jag får skriva en egen returlapp å sätta på?? Skicka det till England?

    Något annat du tycker jag ska göra??

    Svar: Du ska absolut spärra ditt kort, gör de så fort som möjligt.
    Och jag personligen tycker du ska skicka tillbaka burkarna (till adressen som står som avsändare på paketet).
    Du ska även maila till dom, du kan läsa i ett av mina inlägg här i bloggen om hur du kan skriva.

    Frida: jag har oxå skickat tillbax mina provpaket, beställde dock från shapefocus, samma typ av företag. Jag rekade mina paket skrev ut liknade de bloggägaren skrev om ångerrätten högre upp i denna blogg (på engelska) tejpade det på ett av paketen. Rekommenderar att reka paketet kostade 240kr (skickat från posten med postens paket) då får du kvitto på att du skickat tillbax varorna.

    Hei, kom over bloggen din etter at jeg er ganske så fortvilet. Jeg er Norsk som du sikkert har skjønt, men tror du vil forstå det jeg skriver :)
    Har gjort samme tabbe som som mange andre(desverre) har gjort. Jeg er blitt loppet for 1.600 kr. fra kontoen min. Har sperret kortet og bestilt nytt kort, men er redd jeg fortsatt vil bli loppet for penger :(
    Du har virkelig hjulpet meg og ønsker bare og si hvor bra at det er slike som deg som kan hjelpe til når man er kommet i en slik dilemma :/
    Har fått varene (Vitalife Detox og Slimatrex), men kommer til og returnere varene så fort som mulig etter at jeg nå fortstår hvilket bedrageri dette er.Fikk varene i dag, så på fredag går de i retur. Over en uke siden jeg ble frarøvet penger på kontoen min, så dette er skikkelig trist. Håper jeg har noen rettigheter til og få pengene tilbake da!

    Jag hör också till dem som oturligt nog upptäckte det här försent. Har mailat Slimatrex/Vitalife Detox och sagt upp min prenumeration. Började med provpaket där jag tagit en tablett från varje, nu har de dragit pengar för nästa burkar - tror Du att jag kan hänvisa till ångerrätten på just dessa burkar och skicka tillbaka dom när (om) de kommer?

    Svar: Du kan alltid skicka tillbaka dom om de är oanvända och sen kan du försöka kräva pengarna tillbaka. För allra bästa hjälp så bör du kontakta din bank och KO.

    Jag har samma problem som linda. Det enda jag harfått är välkomst paketet. Men dom har redan dragit pengar för nästa. Iom att jag inte har fått nästan så har jag inget att returnera.. men jag vill inte ha mer. Har kontaktat dom efter mkt om och men för att hitta deras RIKTIGA nummer I usa. O dom har sagt att det är uppsagt nu. Men jag är ända 1, 400kr kort.. va gör man då?

    Svar: Först så måste du spärra kortet annars kan dom dra mer pengar!Hur länge sen är det dom dragit pengarna? om de inte var allt för länge sen så vänta lite och se ifall burkarna dyker upp, isåfall retunerar du dom, (skicka även med ett ångerbrev) och kom ihåg, du behöver inte skicka tillbaka dom förens dom har betalat tillbaka pengarna till dig. (ångerrätten är 14 dagar).
    Kommer du ihåg vad de stod i avtalet när du beställde dessa? vissa gånger så står de att man måste säga till ett bra tag innan de skickar nästa paket att man inte vill fortsätta, det är de som många missar och det är de dom tjänar pengar på. I värsta fall så är dina 1400kr förlorade men för bästa hjälp så bör du kontakta KO.

    var oxå dum nog att nappa på vitalife detox och slimatrex paketen där man bara betalade för frakten.

    Ringde och spärra mitt kort för utlandsköp och än har dom inte dratt mer pengar. Skall även spärra mitt kort och få ett nytt för säkerhets skull.
    Jag försökte ringa och maila men inget nr eller mailadress stämde.

    Jag undrar dom har ju inga personnr utan bara adress så om man får ett nytt kort så har ju inte dom mina kortuppgifter.
    Då kan väl dom skicka hur många fakturer dom vill utan att jag hamnar i problem?
    Det kan väl inte gå till kronofogde med bara en adress eller?
    (tyvärr har jag öppnat mina förpackningar)

    Svar: Tyvärr så räcker det med att dom har din adress, det är väldigt lätt att få tag i ditt personnummer, t.o.m jag kan få tag i det på bara några sekunder om jag hade velat. Annars kan ju alla göra liknande kortköp och sen strunta i och betala och företagen skulle gå o konkurs.     Det är synd att du öppnat dessa, annars hade du kunnat utnyttjat ångerätten (som är 14 dagar).
    Så om du öppnat burkarna och inte mailat dom i god tid om att du inte ville ha några fler försändelser så har dom rätt dra pengar av dig för nästa sändning (om det är det som stod i avtalet) tyvärr så verkar det har stått så i de flesta avtalen, om dom nu inte ändrat det.
    Kommer du ihåg vad som stod i avtalet då du beställde?
    så tror jag inte att dom kommer gå vidare med detta då dom har fått så många anmälningar på sig själva.

    Jag gick inoch mailade dom efetr mitt inlägg här och sa att jag vill avsluta ev prenumation och sa att jag tänkte polisanmäla dom för bedrägeri annars då alla deras kontaktuppgifter i annonsen var falska/ikke existerande, idag fick jag svar från slimatrex där det tydligen stod att mitt konto var avslutat? Hmm konstigt eftersom det var första gången jag fick kontakt med dom, säger en hel del. Men nu har jag ju det svart på vitt och det borde väl räcka?

    Svar: Dom skriver så till alla har jag märkt, och man får inte så ofta svar från dom så länge man inte hotar med en polisanmälan, så det är bra att du gjorde det.Jag tror att det räcker nu, så vi får hålla tummarna och om dom hör av sig så kan du meddela mig så får vi se vad vi kan hitta på för något :)

    Svar: Du kan inte göra så mycket mer eftersom du har öppnat burkarna och kastat papprerna.Du kan alltid försöka maila dom och säga upp det.

    Jeg innså raskt at jeg hadde gjort noe dumt når jeg bestilte. Og jeg som er så kritisk til sånt i utgangspunktet!!! :( Jeg ble revet med desverre...
    etter tips har jeg nå sendt mail til slimatrex og vitalife detox hvor jeg skriver ett angrebrev hvor jeg benytter meg av angreretten.
    Jeg har sperret kortet (er heldigvis kun trukket portoen).
    Skal sende produktet i retur i morgen samme angrebrev (både på norsk og engelsk). Sender angrebrevet i vanlig brevkonvolutt også....
    Jeg skal sørge for å få bevis på at dette er sendt tilbake med posten.
    Det er vel ikke så mye mere jeg kan gjøre da...?!

    Jag menar inget illa till någon när jag säger detta, men det känns skönt att jag inte är den enda som gått på detta med slimatrex och vitalife detox.
    Jag beställde "proverna" den 19:e maj, och fick dem några dagar senare. Då hade jag inte alls kopplat att det var något skumt med detta, så jag öppnade burkarna och började knapra tabletterna. Först idag började jag fundera och googla och fann att många har fått problem med dessa företag.

    Jag fick tag på kundservice genom 08 5592 1053, men trots det svenska numret hamnade jag i UK. Bara en sån sak är trist eftersom pengarna rullar ganska fort vid utlandssamtal.

    Jag bad om att få säga upp mitt konto, och det verkade inte vara några bekymmer. Han sa att om jag returnerar burkarna så ska jag slippa några extra kostnader. Jag påpekade att jag redan öppnat burkarna och tagit tabletter, men det skulle inte vara några problem.
    Kan detta verkligen stämma eftersom så många andra haft otroliga problem med att säga upp sitt medlemskap?

    Kommer det kosta multum att sända detta till UK tror du?
    Borde jag göra något mer? Ett ångerbrev kan jag väl inte sända eftersom jag redan använt produkterna?
    Att spärra kortet är för tillfället otänkbart eftersom jag är i stort behov av det :S

    Svar: Det verkar som om du haft extrem tur om dom var så lätta att få tag i för dig!Så vi får hoppas att dom håller det dom lovar, vem vet...dom kan ju ha bättrat sig?
    Jag personligen skulle dock spärra kortet iallafall, för man vet aldrig, helt plötsligt så drar dom pengar iallafall.

    Det kostar inte så mycket att skicka post till London iallafall, jag skickade 20 dippsåser till min beroende bror och det kostade ungefär 80kr (500g i vikt)

    Däremot så kan dom säkert vara så pass giriga att dom drar 20kr/minuten för samtalet.

    Jag har oxå råkat ut för denna bluff. De tog 700kr gånger 2 då jag hade både vitalifedetox och slimatrex. Jag har inte fått nåt mer än proven och har därför inget att skicka tillbaka mer än dessa. Har spärrat kortet. Sen har jag mailat dem och de säger att kontot är avslutat. I nåt mail jag fick stod det att jag skulle skicka tillbaka och i nåt stod det att jag kunde behålla dem. I ett mail stod det att de hade betalat tillbaka pengarna till mitt kort och att jag kunde behålla varorna som skulle komma. Jag har inte sett några pengar(och tror ju inte heller på detta) men är det möjligt för dem att sätta in pengar på ett spärrat kort eller ska man maila dem nåt kontonummer???
    De har oxå skickat en biljett som man ska ange inloggningsuppgifter till sin mail för att komma åt, vågar man logga in här? Eller kan man lika gärna ange ordernumret som man fick i beställningsmailet?

    Många frågor dyker upp i huvudet!

    Svar: Om kortet är spärrat så kan man inte sätta in pengar på det, jag skulle dock inte ge ut mitt kontonummer till dom, men om du vill chansa så ska du absolut göra det, dom kan ju sätta tillbaka pengarna även om jag inte tror att chansen är så stor att dom gör det.Jag tycker inte du ska ge dom några uppgifter om varken sig dig själv eller din mail, dom försöker nog bara hitta mer sätt att utnyttja dig på.
    Kontakta din bank och KO och hör vad dom tycker du ska göra.

    Jeg har fått svar på mail fra vitalife detox og slimatrex, om at mine kontoer er AVSLUTTET. Jeg sendte dem angrebrev på bl.a. mail.
    Så da ser det ut som at jeg ikke vil få noe mer fra de. Min konto er sperret og vareprøvene er sendt tilbake.
    Varene står fast i tollen i Oslo på vei til UK, men håper de blir sendt videre derfra snart. Har sporingsnr på pakken.

    Här är en till som gått på detta. Fick prov paketet och i fredags kom en leverans till. Fick en olustig känsla i kroppen och tittade nu på mitt konto och ser att det har dragit pengar från mitt konto 2 gånger över 1400 båda gånger. Ska spärra kortet imorgon och har mailat och sagt upp min prenumeration. Fy va blåst jag känner mig som inte kollat upp ordentligt. Man lär så länge man lever och denna läxa blev dyr!
    Ska skicka brev till dom imorgon också så jag har gjort det man ska och returnera burkarna.

    Har precis beställt både slimatrex och vita life detox och vill verkligen inte ha dem längre efter att ha läst din blogg. Jag har inte fått produkterna än. Vad ska jag göra??

    Svar: Maila/ring till dom och hänvisa till ångerrätten. Men innan du gör de så försök hitta igen sidan där du beställde ifrån och läs noggrant igenom alla avtal, för de kan vara så att du slutit ett avtal med dom att du minst måste köpa ett "paket" av dom innan du kan avsluta medlemskapet och då har dom rätten att ta 1400kr från dig eller vad dom nu kostar nu för tiden.Dom ändrar lite då och då i sina avtal har jag märkt så jag kan tyvärr inte svara på vad det står i dom just nu.

    Hej, tänkte först skriva ett ångersbrev men efter att ha läst kommentarens blir jag lite förvirrad.
    Jag har då beställt ett startpaket och betalat via faktura med det och sen fått fortsatta paket vilket jag inte förstod var ett abonnemang. Ringde och försökte stoppa det samt maila men när jag fick tag i dom så sa dom att jag nu var en dag sen med att stoppa abonnemanget och att de kommer skicka ett till paket om några dagar ändå. Har fått det paket nu och det går alltså inte att skicka tillbaka? Har jag ingen ångerrätt på det paket?? Tacksam för snabbt svar

    При покупке основными ориентирами для выбора смеси являются класс (марка), а также подвижность (текучесть). Еще нужно обратить внимание на разницу в способах доставки. Доставка бетона с подвижностью П1 и П2 осуществляется самосвалами. Бетон с подвижностью П3 и П4 доставляется на бетоносмесителях (миксерах). Стоимость доставки при помощи бетоносмесителя выше, чем при помощи самосвала.
